The GENERA (LIFE21) project provides training in the elaboration of municipal roadmaps and action plans through two training courses:

Course 1: Energy sustainability and municipal roadmaps.

Course 2: Energy transition measuring and monitoring tools

The first course deals with the European energy context, the need for the creation of municipal roadmaps, different methodologies and basic notions for their elaboration.

The second course is more focused on the practical aspects of creating roadmaps: available tools and the use of the tool developed by the GENERA project to assist municipalities in the creation of action plans.

Both courses are accessible online and consist of 20 hours of training respectively. Each course is primarily aimed at policy makers, but can be attended by any expert familiar with municipal casuistics or interested in the elaboration of municipal action plans.

The courses will be available from 1 December 2024 to 31 March 2025 through the training platform of the Universitat Politècnica de València.
